Platter of Suffolk charcuterie, stokes chilli jam, garlic olives, stuffed peppers

Greenland prawn cocktail, Marie rose sauce, cucumber, tomato, lemon

Leek and potato broth

Roasted Norfolk bronze turkey, Suffolk chipolata, lane farm bacon, red wine gravy

Spiced and braised Dingley dell pork belly, high house Bramley apple puree, black pudding, crackling

Puy lentil and cashew nut roast, vegetarian sausage, vegetarian gravy

Steamed fillet of sea trout, crushed new potatoes, curly kale, lemon and chive cream sauce

(Served on the table, roast potatoes, carrot and swede mash, braised red cabbage, sprouts and chestnuts)


Homemade Christmas pudding, brandy sauce

Tarte au chocolat, steeped kumquats, Chantilly cream

Selection of English cheese, celery, grapes, apple and biscuits

A deposit of £10 per person is payable on booking. Balance and menu pre-orders due by 1st November 2017, groups of 30+ due by 1st October 2017. Please note all deposits/payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
