The sea-facing Country Club can accommodate meetings of up to 200 persons. Our venue has plenty of natural daylight and its two floors offer flexibility and privacy. It has a spacious garden ideal for setting up team building activities or for an informal barbeque at lunch time.

Facilities and Services



We have all the modern equipment you may require including an LCD projector, TV and DVD player and PA System and we can offer secretarial services at a small charge.

Our aim



We ensure your event runs smoothly, on time, and that all your expectations are met. Our events co-ordinator will liaise with you to make sure we have all the information we need to look after you and your colleagues/attendees. On the day, one of the management team will greet and look after you throughout your event with us.

Thorpeness is an ideal choice for conferences and meetings. It offers a peaceful environment where delegates will be truly receptive and inspired well away from the hustle and bustle of the normal workplace.

We’re proud to offer a first-class service to all our business guests. Professional, experienced staff will be on hand to help at all times and ensure everything runs to your exact requirements. From your initial booking to any special requirements, your meeting or conference in Suffolk will be one to remember.

Friday to Sunday minimum of 50 delegates. Monday to Thursday Minimum of 20 delegates.

*Offer ends 31st December 2017. Usual day deligates rates £45 per delegate. Rates inclusive of room hire. Minimum of 50 delegates required.
